0.5 Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

Healthy but indulgent peanut butter and chocolate smoothie.
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 frozen banana (about 1 cup)
  1. In a blender, combine almond milk and oats and blitz until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and banana, and blitz until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately with an extra sprinkle of cocoa powder.
This works best in a single serving blender attachment. If you don’t have one, make the smoothie for 2 (or more!) and prepare in the regular blender attachment.
